Friends Only

Yep, I’m doing it. It’s a fad. Apparently.

This journal is going predominantly “Friends Only.” I’ll still leave some posts public, but for the most part, not.

So, you feeling friendly?

    Yes, I’m feeling very friendly.

    Mine is friends only too. I only post something on public accordingly, depends on my comfort zone. Later on, the ones posted on public goes to “private post” for friends only to view. I don’t like posting too many personal things on there. Glad, you’re doing it Friends Only. *hugs*

      Aww, thanks Mousie-fangs! But yah, I’m in “it’s for the best” mode. I might need to pressure a couple of my non-LJ friends who I know lurk at my blog to get LJs. Man, it’s like crack!

        That’s the thing–I’ve got a couple of non-LJ friends who skim my journal to keep up with my life, or for entertainment’s sake, or whatever. Then again, since my journal is (grr!) google-searchable by “prosewitch,” a pseudonym I commonly use, for all I know my parents or professors could be reading it. Maybe I’ll switch over someday…but it’s not like my life has any really risque or illegal content or anything along those lines.

        I’m glad to be on your friends list. 😀

          I hadn’t thought my LJ was risqué, illegal, or for that matter all that particularly interesting enough to warrant locking it.

          I guess I was mistaken.

    i had wondered where all your posts had gone. i had read your LJ thru ‘s when viewing “friends of friends” feature, and i stopped doing that for a while (‘s journal just exploded the “friends of friends” list for me).

    psych degree(s), Illinois schools, and writing? ah, so familiar (3 people in my family are UofI alums and i went to ISU for a while, and i’m a psych major now, and i’m trying to be a writer).

    if necessary, i’m sure would vouch that i’m not a (major/scary/bad) stalker. 😉

    but yah, i’d like to be given the friendly treatment and such. 🙂
